I just realized that the major benefit I have gained from yoga classes is the thoracic mobilisation! Downward dog for thoracic extension and triangle and warrior pose for thoracic rotation! Way to break it down (with science based evidence)! Much appreciated. I prefer a more targeted approach much like yours. :)

Great video, thank you. I have a couple of questions..
For Thoracic rotation progression 1:
* How many repetitions for each exercise?
* How many sets for each exercise?
* How often should this be performed? (Once a day?, Three times a day?, Three times a week?

Am i supposed to work on Progression 1 and 2 at the same time, or master all 4 stages of progression 1 then move onto 2?

Re: thoracic extension progression 2 exercises. Imo I think these exercises would be more effective if the abdominal muscles are engaged because it looks like there's a lot of flexion happening in his mid/lower spine as his thoracic spine is relatively neutral
