Thanks for this video. Great insights! My perfectionism comes from hyper focusing on the task and therefore getting lost in the details. Also, I think I over-compensate because I believe my work will be subpar if I don't go the extra mile. On top of this, I'm so used to working extra hard and being super conscientious just to accomplish daily tasks, that it's almost natural for me to do the same with all projects.
