Holodomor—What Caused the Holodomor

There are many arguments on the Holodomor, some will use the excuse that what caused the Holodomor were poor weather conditions and others will flat out deny of there ever having been a famine. For the purpose of this argument, I feel it is important to look back in history to what caused the starving time as this gives you an insight.

Even if socialists argue that Stalin didn't carry out genocide, you will see that his failed policy of centralised agriculture in 1929 abolishing private ownership of agriculture was destined for disastrous consequences, as history has a terrible habit of repeating itself, especially when one doesn't learn from history. Just like what caused the starving time in the early seventeenth century, it is no different to what led to the famines throughout the twentieth century.

The arguments I have provided explain the free rider problem and the consequences of the absence of secure private property rights, which explains clearly for why communal ownership of land and socialism doesn't work

There are also those who blame all this on the Jews. But we're used to it ...

I have a quick question, is artificial scarcity created by the private owners or the state?
