INTENSE 20 Minutes Shadow Boxing Workout (400 Cals - NONSTOP PUNCHES!)//SYLVIA NASSER

We are bringing the boxing INTENSITY! Non-stop punches for cardio ! If you want a sweaty non-stop, no break boxing workout, up to 400 calorie burn, then this one is definitely for you!

This is one of my favorite workouts to teach - you'll burn fat, burn calories, get strong, feel fit & really badass. Shadow Boxing is a total body cardio workout that you can do at home, at the gym, outside, or anywhere. Please have water & a towel nearby; you will sweat!

I did it 20 minutes for cardio boxing workout today Sylvia Nasser 🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊, meanwhile when you're in boxing ring with canvas when you're doing awesome power jabs, Cross, uppercut, when you're saying when fighter can't punch just misses it, you're doing punches with combo power jabs, Cross, uppercut, shoeshine, footwork, duck, slip, roll, because I did it myself better than you did & me.🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊
