INTENSE 20 Minutes Shadow Boxing Workout (400 Cals - NONSTOP PUNCHES!)//SYLVIA NASSER
We are bringing the boxing INTENSITY! Non-stop punches for cardio ! If you want a sweaty non-stop, no break boxing workout, up to 400 calorie burn, then this one is definitely for you!
This is one of my favorite workouts to teach - you'll burn fat, burn calories, get strong, feel fit & really badass. Shadow Boxing is a total body cardio workout that you can do at home, at the gym, outside, or anywhere. Please have water & a towel nearby; you will sweat!
