⅔ cup sugar
¼ cup water
¼ cup cornstarch or arrowroot starch
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
Crumble Topping
1¼ cup flour
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
¼ cup almond pulp (from almond milk), pressed to remove all of the moisture
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
½ cup vegan butter, melted and cooled
