I liked doing negatives to train my one arm pull up. I would do a regular pull up, but on the way down I would only use one arm to try and slow my decline, while using the other arm as stability/support.

Weighted one arm pull ups bruh this guy is just a beast . U have a physique like that if u do kickboxing on top of it it could be very helpful

Doing eccentric cluster repetitions, anywhere from 2-3 reps, for at least 3 seconds helps with learning the OAP. As you increase in strength, increase the eccentric time rather than the number of repetitions or sets that you do.

No this is too much. When you do this much it just won't happen.
Here is what i do:
Normal pull ups at a comfortable rate for 20-30 minutes, learn that. Might take few weeks.
Then, just either do pull ups favouring one side.
Then once you get good, just do pull up hangs, grab a bar at your hright, and just hang eith one arm, keep trying for 20 minutes+ and after few days you can hang with one arm, then its just a matter of doing a one arm pull up once your comfortable with hanging.

I just do close hand pull ups and weight +40 kg ... No stupid bands it never helped me. Even better is rope...
