I know you’ll probably never read this, but I’m a teenager (i prefer not to say which age) and my cousin got me into your workouts after I saw the results he was making. After 3 months, I really started to see results myself. I got from 3 to 20 pull ups and from 20 to 80 push ups, thanks to you. You’re literally a life changer. Unfortunately, I don’t have the financial capability to afford equipment. So, If you ever do a giveaway, I’ll try to be early so that I can have the opportunity to get some Heria gear. I live in South Africa so my time zone differs tremendously and that’s why i’m always late. Thanks Chris, you’re the best. 🔥 💪

Hey Chris+THENX I want to thank you for every video you bring every week and teaching me how I can control my bodyweight. I'm 15 years old from Germany and I trained with your vids for a little bit more than a half year. With your help I'm even able to do 7 Archer Push Up's each side, 8 Pull Up's and 15sec. Tuck Planche Hold with my lightest resistance band! I bought a grey Chris Heria Weight Vest to get more strength for planche and pulling exercises. May it come soon, hopefully not to long because of Corona and customs office🙏🙏
