Looks like people missed the point of this video. This video is NOT a persuasive video. It is an informative video. It provides solace for those who willingly do not want to have kids by providing science behind why their decision is sound and/or beneficial. It is not bashing on people who have kids, nor is it telling you, "you shouldn't have kids, " it's saying that if you do not want kids, that's cool, here's some science to back you up. I honestly do not get why everyone is getting worked up over this.

I have a daughter and im freaking happy that i have her, but i disagree that to be happy or to fulfill your life you need to have children. There are a lot of people that are just not meant to have them and are a lot better off without them.

The whole human race isn't going to die out because a few of us choose not to reproduce. People are allowed to NOT have kids. If you love and enjoy being a parent, this doesn't apply to you. There's no reason to be offended unless you regret your decision.

I'm in my fifties, I work with children and I have zero regrets that I have no children of my own. Some people really want to be parents and I think that's great but not everyone needs to be a parent. To people who think children will support them when they are eldery, don't count on it.

THANK YOU for this!!! I have a serious medical condition, and it looks like kids won't be a part of my life. Even if I could conceive, I don't want to pass on this shitter of a disability, nor could I look after a child when I need so much care myself. I've been absolutely CONSUMED with grief over this for such a long time - this video is one I'll keep coming back to! Thank you so much x
