These 3 Exercises will help you learning a Press to Handstand👇🏼

1️⃣ Floor Press
Make sure to open your legs as wide as possible while pulling your legs toward the floor.

2️⃣ Press & Drag
This exercise gets you familiar with the leaning in a Press HS. Lean toward your fingertips while keeping your shoulders shrugged (toward your ears). Then lift your hips as high as you can and keep your core engaged for maximum compression.

3️⃣ Straddle Ups
This drill strengthens your hip flexors. Try to keep your knees as straight as possible. If this is too challenging for you, perform Single Leg Straddle Ups.

This is such a great video. I am having so much trouble w the last one. The only way I can even slightly get my calve off the floor (one at a time only) it’s a swinging movement or it won’t budge. It falls straight back down and I can’t even work it out enough for any growth. 😢
