Select type of column as "Person" when you add the new column. it will bring the organization directory that easy :)

Can you tell me how to exclude certain people? I have an admin account created that i dont want to show HR. I already have the pdf installed but it is not in there

Register your details for the PDF is a waste of time. The PDF they send you is an absolute mess. impossible to follow and the guide is incoherent. waste of time.
