I never knew this even existed. This is wonderful. My thoughts are racing on what can be done. Question: Can you have a database or another spreadsheet populated with specific data instead of sending an email?

I question about Sharepoint. If I have a Sharepoint list of actions (looks similar to Excel table). There are different people who have to make the actions and I can choose them from dropdown menu. Also there are target dates for these actions. Is it possible to have alert to the person responsible for the action and also alert when the target date has passed? This will be the list for the whole personnel company to fill for different actions.

Is it possible to create a rules/rules to create e-mail alerts when all the values of a column are the same? For example, I have a list with a column "status" I would like to receive an e-mail when all the items in the list contains "complete". thanks
