Seeking a simplified solution to automate your Microsoft 365 employee onboarding tasks? Watch this video to discover a step-by-step guide on using Power Automate and Forms to streamline the creation of Azure AD user accounts with manager approval.

Here's how the flow progresses:

- We've created a Microsoft form with the fields needed for M365 account creation, including the manager's UPN property.
- When the form is filled out by an authorized organization member or HR, an approval request will be sent to the manager, which the manager can review and decide to approve or reject.
- If the request is approved, a new user will be created in Azure Active Directory, with the manager assigned accordingly.
- The form responder is then promptly notified of the successful user creation.
- In case of rejection, the form responder is informed to identify and resolve errors.

And with that, we're done! A simple and effective way to ease your Microsoft 365 user provisioning process is all set!

Nice tutorial! Can you expand on this to offer the manager licence options for semi-automated licence assignment during approval?

Thank you mam, great explanation!! I have one doubt..for creating a user in Azure AD it should require elevated permissions right? How did you manage to get that access from the flow..?

That's all very good, but how many managers would have a clue what UPN means?
