I cannot express how grateful I am that you make these videos. The first one I watched was the one for intense trauma/shock after my first big car accident. More still were very helpful while I was providing 24/7 care for my grandmother with a rare form of dementia that took away her ability to speak and move while still being fully aware of everything happening to her. Thank you for having meditations like these that allow me to better achieve emotional equilibrium during hard times.

I was traumatized. I couldn't handle. The mental breakdown has paralyzed me. Depression is so severe. My physical health is declining, along with my eyesight.
Life is torture. I want it to end asap. Debilitating suffering is unbearable. .... i used to love my life, and was grateful for everything.
