EXOTIC FOOD IN IRAN

On a platter, add cheek meat (break off the cheek meat), tongue (remove the tongue from the jaw and peel the outer layer), eyeball socket (remove eyeball socket from sheep head), full hoof, brain (broken into two pieces). Pour broth over all of the meat on the platter, keeping the meat hot and fresh. Drain the broth and add rendered sheep fat on top with cinnamon.

🍜ABGOOSHT (Meat Water): Mince cooked sheep brain meat and place in a small bowl with sheep broth, pure fat and cinnamon. Add lime to mixture and Iranian bread.

🥒ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but currently call Vietnam home. I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. People either enjoyed my undeniable charm or enjoyed watching me eat things like coconut worms, and thus Best Ever Food Review Show came to be.

I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer. If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I'm a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

Don’t forget to subscribe to Best Ever Food Review Show, so we can connect through food and travel and become Bestys!

We posted this video on Wednesday and within two hours Youtube's sensitive, culturally bias algorithm bots restricted it. That means the algorithm found something "unsuitable for advertisers" of course since this is youtube we have no idea what was actually not suitable, therefore we re-edited the video to make it more gentle for thin-skinned viewers who are just realizing that meat indeed comes from animals.

If you watched the video already, please consider watching it again or letting it play through while you're on the toilet so all the time and effort that went into making the video isn't completely wasted. Thanks and love to all the true Bestys!

The chef who didn't shake your hand said "you're very welcome, my hand is greasy" in case anyone wondered. So polite :)

Here I am (a West African) watching this and not thinking of Iran as a threat or "enemy"(as that's what the media has conditioned our minds to think). I just see human beings like myself just living their lives. I want to visit Iran someday and just experience life there for myself. Lots of love from a Cameroonian in South Africa

By far the best episode I have ever seen. Iranian people are so open, and love sharing their food culture with others. Thank you guys so much, the diversity of flavor and dishes are phenomenal.

The noodle dessert in india actually came from iranian faloode. You can find alot of persian influence there because of the persianised dynasty that ruled india for hundreds of years.taj mahal was designed by persian architects and Persian was the officual court language for 400 years there before english invaded india.

Just in case anyone thought the poor chef was rude, he literally politely said "you're most welcome, my hand is greasy"! <3

I’m Iranian Living in Perth, Australia. Whenever I tell people I’m from Iran, 99% of the reactions are “oh... okay.” Aussies are great people but they don’t know that much about Iranians. Hopefully these videos start to change people’s perspective towards Iranians.

I live in Norway and they eat sheep head too, it's considered a festive meal, for Christmas mostly! I would never be able to eat it because they put the whole head or a half of it in front of you 🙈 but the way Iranian people prepare it, makes me wanna try it 🤭
