That’s not shawarma that’s a chicken sandwich. Traditionally, we add garlic sauce, pickles and some places add fries or pomegranate molasses to chicken shawarma. Tahini on the other hand is added to beef shawarma with sliced onions and tomatoes. Looks good though! Sahtein👍🏼
