My experience: I started taking this three days ago. I’m intermediate fasting right now, so I do the dose around 2pm. On day one, I took 1tsp, no change or noticeable difference. Day 2, I increased the dosage to 2tsp. Had so much energy and felt very focused. There was no crash after. I started with small dosages due to the comments about needing to use the bathroom; I did not have that problem.

I use mct oil soft gels (c8 c10) and cla (coagulate in linoleic acid) on empty stomach and take it with berberine. Also through in acetyl L Carnitine works great

Question. Using the mct oil in a fruit smoothie. Doesn’t the fruit raise your blood sugar increasing insulin. Counteracts the mct benefits of keeping your blood sugar down. Kind of like hitting the gas and brakes at the same time?

I am down 120 lbs. MCT OIL works! You need to make sure the MCT Oil is not palm oil which is worthless.

Start with 1tsp and work up to 4tblsp every few days increase the measure, don't take MCT at 1tbsp or you'll end up with diarrhea, headache, 😊 you're welcome

Good info. Ive already researched a lot of what you've said and i agree.
I stopped using all the aeed oils because of the PUFA's which are an endocrine disrupter.

From my own experience, I learned the hard way to not start with 1 tablespoon. This caused acid reflux and all kinds of issues. Once I got the acid reflux to calm down, I started with 1/4 tsp for a week or two and then gradually increased every couple of weeks. I’m still not at a tablespoon at this point, but I probably could without the acid reflux from rearing it’s ugly head again ! I also learned to not take it on an empty stomach.

The point to remember: Use MCT and all fats in small to moderate amounts. Small amounts if you are eating low carb(50 per day). Eat moderate amounts of fat including MCT oil if you are eating 0 to 20 carbs per day. Pay strict attention to how much you are eating and you will succeeding losing body fat.

I started using MCT to put into my hot coffee, as I was introduced into it that way. However, it is nice to know that you can add it to cold drinks, such as smoothies! Thank you!

When should I take it beside morning? Is it safe before sleep? Is there a way to take it and not hurt your stomach? I took 1 tbsp with bfast and my stomach is a mess right now
