Please help! I tried and the PS4 gave me a message that read "cannot use this usb storage device. The PS4 does not support its file system.
To use with the ps4, you must format it to exFAT. Go to [settings] > [devices] > [USB storage device], and then select [format as exFAT] in the options menu for this USB storage device.
