Late to this video but non veg isn't sustainable in 2500/ month. Here's the thing, rs 160 per kg is for the whole chicken. 40% of whole chicken is skin and feathers and waste. We're left with 600g of chicken. From that 600g, 40% would be bones which you're obviously not gonna eat. So in the end, you're only left with about 360g of CONSUMABLE chicken. So yea, rest are all decent sources tho.
