Just so you guys know, 170g of protein is equivalent to little over three 8oz steaks which adds up to 1800 calories alone.

I eat 4 eggs with a salmon packet for breakfast with some veggie a protein shake as a snack 200g of chicken breast and some veggie for lunch another protein shake for snack a salmon filet with some veggie for dinner and smart popcorn for snack. I hit about 180g a day and in the 20 days I been doing it I love 11lbs

You can build muscle 95% optimally with 0.8g protein per pound of lean body mass if your training is on point.

Great diet bro. This is quite similar to how I approach it, and I’ve seen the payoff so far in 2024 (down around 20 lbs, able to complete half marathons with ease, lean muscle seems intact, etc)

Our country's doctors say you, as a male adult, shouldn't eat more than 70g of meat a day. Like, not in one sitting, but in a day.
Of course, the guideline is not for muscle growth, but for average adult, but still. That's half a burger.
