Well, the most common theory is that dreaming helps your brain store memories. - On average, most people forget their dreams within seconds of waking up. As soon as you open your eyes, don’t immediately grab your phone.
- Keep a notebook by your bed. When you wake up from a dream, even if it’s in the middle of the night, write down everything you can remember about it.
- To add a “dream memory boost’ to your diet, try eating foods that are high in B vitamins. Think poultry, spinach, fish, bananas, and milk.
- Lucid dreaming is when you know that you’re in a dream. So, that means you’re in control of what’s happening around you! But the interesting thing is that lucid dreams are usually easier to remember.

I havent had a dream in a few months now.

They've always been spread out by months and when they happen it's a horrific nightmare.

I rarely sleep, and when I do it's only a couple hours. I think it's a response to the life I lived, always had to be prepared to protect myself or escape at a moment's notice. I still sleep with my backpack most nights.

I always remember my dreams. The trick
is to not move when you first wake up. It
takes practice not to stretch, but after awhile
you just lay there remembering.

When I'm still highschool, I rarely dream, I just close my eyes then blink it already morning, but just for few years, now I almost dreaming in my sleep everydays. Weird huh?

One time I woke up from a scary dream-
I was in my car with my friend n dad went to pickup stuff from a store n then I saw the mirror in my car then I saw a ghost in the back
