Nacho(The original creator of the game) created a tweet about the new update, most fans has been asking wether if Anastacha is related to Francis, Nachos response said it could be possible, then a later comment was asking about wether if Francis and Nacha are exes, nacho said that she/he doesnt know, but the only thing she/he knows is that Anastacha and Francis are related. We don't know wether if she/he is joking yet, that's why she/he posted a tweet about a new update. She/he even comfirmed that there will be some "story" behind the neighbours. Lots of the people in this videos comment area is saying that theres no way Anastacha and Francis are related because the only thing they incommon is their eyes, well maybe the recessive genes were from her mothers or Anastacha may have not been fully developed yet, as you grow older more appearances from your genes may become more visible.

Edit: Ever since nightmare mode, it's now canon, not just a headcannon, because when we look into the apartments (Nightmare mode) We see that Anastacha and Francis live together, proving a point 👍

This is wrong in so many ways.
First off, Anastacha has no facial resemblance to Francis besides they both having tired eyes, but that's explained by the fact she is a student so she probably just studies late at night or has insomnia.
Secondly, Anastacha's nose isn't simmilar to either Francis and Nacha's, which is odd, since as we see here, Anastacha took most of Francis' genes, so why is her nose not simmilar to Francis? Now, you might say 'maybe she just took some of her mother's genes' and you'd be correct but her nose is still not simmilar to Nacha's, so she didn't take Nacha's genes when it comes to the nose.
Also, for the love of god, STOP WHITEWASHING CHARACTERS. I don't mean to be rude or hate you but this just makes me super upset. This is not a hate comment, this is critique of your Au of That's Not My Neighbour.
