I Tried Every Vegan & Gluten Free Macaroni and Cheese 🧀

Which gluten free and vegan mac and cheese is the best of all? A question nobody has ever bothered to answer... until now.

Today we're taste testing 11 boxes from Organics, Banza, Annie's, Jovial, Daiya, Amy's - honestly there are way more gluten free and vegan mac & cheeses than I expected. So this took us awhile and I hope you guys enjoy our pain!

I recommend cooking the stovetop noodles longer than the instructions say. Makes the Banza and Jovial's textures better.

Amy’s is pretty good! After the first few mins of heating I add a little almond milk and plant based butter and fold it in and then reheat for the remaining minute or so and it makes it even better imo! I haven’t tried the banza vegan gf Mac because I’ve only seen their gf dairy ones in stores around me 😭😅

I would just like to note, regarding the fork thing: As someone who grew up in the US and is a lifelong spoon user, coming to the UK and only ever being provided a fork unless I order soup is so weird to me (even my husband, but it's because my mild irritation is a major source of serotonin for him). Mac and cheese is a spoon food damnit!

Love the product review content!! I've always really enjoyed Banza's pasta, it's like earthy or something? I'll probably give Amy's a try after this, I've hated the GF frozen lasagnas so I've been hesitant to try it. Used to hate frozen stouffers mac as a kid too but... it didn't look bad!

I used to love the Amy’s vegan gf mac n cheese but they changed their recipe and I didn’t realize it and I gave myself an allergic reaction because they added pumpkin to the recipe😭 jovial is superior though

I hate the vegan Amy’s Mac, and that’s the only one I’ve tried. Good to know I don’t need to try any others
