I picked up a box of Quoron soy meat substitute today, looked at ingredients - cheese was the second ingredient! I was like, "What this is not even vegan!" dropped it in a hurry and got some Gardein soy chickenless tenders. Then went to the cheese case, two options for mozzarella which I needed cause I wanted to make chickenless parmesan. Turns out there was one option for me because the other had casein. I hope the vegan one is delicious!
