Probably the best coach for helping with muscle imbalance that ive ever seen i had awful limited mobility on my squat but after watching alot of his vids been able to have way better squats. 👍

As someone who found Squat U maybe 3 weeks ago: I had left hip and knee pain toward the bottom of my squat and my left foot would be angled out excessively while just standing around. Doing an internal rotation test sitting down showed my left hip couldn’t internally rotate as much.

With banded squats to cue opening my hips and hip airplanes over the past couple weeks, I can honestly and thankfully say my pain is nearly gone completely (knee pain gone and very slight soreness/tightness in my front left hip at this point) and I am progressing in my lifts with less and less discomfort each workout. Oh and btw my hip internal rotation is now identical on both sides now 🤯.

You’re an absolute legend Doc! I was literally told by 2 other doctors to “stop squatting” as it’s an unhealthy movement that inherently causes stress on the knee… 🤦‍♂️

I've been having SI Joint pain / HIP Pinching for 2 years... SQUAT University is literally the ONLY youtube channel that actually helped me... No empty Promises here. The banded joint mobilization stopped the pain. The Hip Airplanes restored my hip mobility. Now I just have to strengthen my glutes while continuing with the hip airplanes. THIS CHANNEL IS GOATED.
