Sleep is the most underrated and undervalued aspect of athletics. Some people say do can function with 6 hours of sleep or less. But I do not consider being able to hold my head up functioning.

I’m watching this after 5h of sleep and an upcoming front squats session...I’m energized but feel guilty now 😅 that said, the nap part did reassure me lol

for me quitting al caffeine did wonders for my sleep i sleep so deep now feeling great when i wake up even when i was drinking caffeine only in the mornings i still was sleeping like crap no dreams etc waking up every 2 hours
