After almost a decade of having the "man up" mentality and never really allowing myself to process emotions, I've finally accepted that admiting to having trauma and letting myself be emotional does not mean I'm weak or pathetic. It is a good feeling.

This was lovely. Great point that sometimes peeople say they are fine when they are not. Sometimes it is a lie for privacy or to avoid feeling exposed, vulnerable, imperfect or out of fear of facing the pain, memories, or challenging feelings...or believing they do not deserve to be fully heard, seen, felt, nurtured. Or not trusting (sometimes rightfully so, sometimes not) the group or person they are interacting with to react in a gentle, skilled enough way if they discuss too much or any of their trauma or pain. Or sometimes the pain has been so shoved down and repressed or misunderstood by them they don't realize they are not fine.

Lets bring back and establish these olden days ways of love TODAY!!
Love..everyone responds to love..let us all admit we like being loved..it makes us feel good and safe
So when someone gets hurt...What natural IS IT THAT WE ALL ARE TO DO..TO BE DOING????..love them more..loving comfort makes all feel safe, care for them more and be very polite and gentle, be the best to them.. PROVIDE THIS TO THE HURTING PERSON AND THEY FEEL SAFE AND RELAX !!!! You helped the pain subside..good job!!!
How?? Exhibit LOVING CONCERN AND BE polite..yes POLITE and COMPASSIONATE AND LOVINGLY CARE FOR THAT HURT PERSON.
PROTECT THAT PERSON BY YOUR loving polite CONDUCT TOWARDS THEM..HOW ARE YOU REACTING WHEN SOMEONE TELLS YOU THEY'VE BEEN HURT OR YOU KNOW THEY'VE BEEN HURT..BE GENTLE, BE SAFE FOR THEM, BE POLITE PLEASE SHOW your MANNERS AND LOVE THEM..LET THE HURTING PERSON RELAX IN YOUR STRENGTH..ITS POSITIVE..ITS ALLOWED..THEN YOU'LL FIND THAT THAT PERSON ISNT HURTING ANYMORE..ALL THAT YOU GAVE THEM BY LOVING THEM AND TREATING THEM WITH YOUR POLITE GENTLENESS HAS SECCEEDED AND YOU DID AN AMAZING ACCOMPLISHMENT
IN A POSITIVE WAY. You strenghtened them..they can go on in life now..my how proud and happy you feel seeing the hurt subsided and you did that for them..brovo
THAT'S THE FASHIONAL WAY TO BEHAVE.
THERE HAS ALREADY BEEN A BEHAVIOUR PROBLEM that happened and it hurt soneone...THAT IS WHY WE HAVE A PERSON HURTING..SO LET'S NOT HAVE A BEHAVIOUR PROBLEM TOWARDS THEM from you ..LETS HAVE MATURE EMOTIONS AND TAKE A RESPONDSIBLE CONCERN FOR YOUR OWN PEOPLE IN YOUR VILLAGE TODAY EVERY DAY..and teach the next generation how to love and respond with LOVE..so they can teach their next generation HOW to love and respond in love ...the key word is
L o v e

Most employers only allow a person 3 days compassionate leave. And people rarely speak to others after a death because they don’t know what to say. We no longer care enough for peoples suffering.
