I’ve been doing Dr. Goldner’s smoothies for 8 months but haven’t lost any weight despite all of my food restriction so this video has encouraged me to try eating the greens rather than drinking them.

This is an amazing presentation from Chef AJ. I have gotten the answer to my weightloss permanently. I have seen where I have been making mistakes taking avacado, seeds and nuts in the name of they are healthy. I am happy that I stormed this presentation. I am listening to the Pleasure Trap, Unprocessed, watch your videos daily throughout the day, and hear your advice when making food choices often in my mind. This is a very complete look at Diet. Having worked in the Fast Food Industry. The Food Addiction is a Giant Problem. How many News stories have you seen about people acting out at Fast Food place are true. I think their blood sugar crashes and they go bonkers. The Dopamine that you talked about makes them addicts.
