After wearing my retainer there is gap between my teeth I asked my doctor he told it's not a gap it's a soft tissue wt I should do mam

I had a upper arch treatment for braces.
And they have put removable clear retainer in the upper one.
And permanent retainer in the lower one.
I think the lower one was not needed please guide me.
When I was getting them there was another doctor and I think she didnot know that I had only upper arch braces.

i had my braces on and dentist at starting told us about total money...but after the removal of braces he said i have to pay for I went to another dentist to gain some knowledge about it. My teeth improved but the problem is they are still not aligned. And the new dentist told me about how my teeth are forcefully moved which damaged my roots of the now i am 17 but before old age i will loose all my teeths..and something even can happen related to physicl or mental problems...He spoiled my life 😭😭😭😭 i am not able to do anything how can i Claim him??? No other dentist is giving written certificate and condition of my teeeethh....he spoiled my lyf and i am not able to do anything 😭😭😭😭😭

I hate my invisiline retainers I can’t stand having anything in my mouth after braces. Getting the permanent retainer. I rather have extra cleanings then have to remove to eat every time. Idk why dentists aren’t more for this. I only had braces my front 6 bottom which is where the fixed one would be.
