I am getting off my braces after few hours, tbh i think i will miss my brace but idk why but i also want to eat free without food getting stuck between my brackets. I remember putting this thing 2yrs ago, time flies real fast

I think the hard thing about the retainers is that right after braces removal, gums are usually swollen, so the retainers have to accomodate for that, but once the gums have calmed down, you likely need your retainers re-moulded

Had braces 5 years almost 6 but it was worth it 😊. When I first saw myself without them I was weirded out 😂.
