I want to stop drinking, I feel it’s just poor for my health & useless, I tried before but never succeeded for long because alcohol is omnipresent in society …

It hit me when the video stated ‘ do your habits align with who you’re trying to be ‘, that’s what I needed

Most people in society seem to struggle a little, and I’m trying to be my most energetic, productive self, NOT be like everybody else so

Why would I drink because other people just do it when I’m trying to do different.

Just that was enough motivation for me to keep saying no to that drink & stay on the right track for myself
