Today's workout is a calorie burning, no repeat 15 minute upper body and core blast using the sandbag. FYI the weight i chose for this workout is 45lbs. Be sure to use strict form in all exercises and keep your core nice and tight for maximum effect.

UPPER BODY/CORE SANDBAG WORKOUT

01:28 - Hammer Curl
02:28 - Skull Crushers
03:28 - Wide Swing
04:28 - Bridge Pullover
05:28 - Single Arm Chest Fly
06:28 - Bag Squeeze Press Out
07:28 - 1 Hand Shouldering (Left)
08:28 - 1 Hand Shouldering (Right)
09:28 - Kneeling Chop (Left)
10:28 - Kneeling Chop (Right)
11:28 - Around the Worlds
12:28 - Shrugs
13:28 - Alternating Side Swings
14:28 - Uneven Push-up

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds in between to set up the next exercise.

I just joined F3 back in April 2024, one of the areas near me does strictly sandbag workouts and I just finally got mine and filled it. I see this video now and will use this during my 15 minute break at work as well. Thank you for this.

I really enjoyed this workout. I had to use a kettlebell for a few because my upperbody is not strong enough yet. I also can not do a full push up yet. 😂 this workout will be definitely added to my weekly workouts. ❤
