Surgery rather than needing to do both jaws, might just involve Bringing the upper jaw forward, (E.g Lefort 1 Osteotomy, or by "Anterior Segmental Maxillary Distraction")

In one of Airway-focused
Orthodontist, Dr William "Bill" Hang's videos, he had a video Titled:

"Angle Killing" where he mentions Class 3/Underbite, and the misconception that's it often due to a "Prognathic Mandible" (actually not usually the case) but rather that it's usually due to an underdeveloped upper jaw, and that the lower jaw itself can actually be somewhat underdeveloped. And showed comparisons to the "Bolton Norm"
Which is a rough demonstration to show how the face should've grown.

He mentioned a man who decades prior, had Orthognathic Surgery that incorrectly moved his Lower Jaw Back, (years later he actually needed Jaw Surgery again, to move both jaws forward to treat his Sleep Apnea) and that moving the lower jaw back in a Class 3 patient back, could have an adverse effect on the airway,

In one of Ronald Ead's videos, some guy had paid to have a chat with him, he had an Underbite and Ronald warned him that some Surgeons would treat that by bringing the lower jaw back, when it's just the upper that needs to come forward,
And he said "you gotta be careful bro, that they don't just cut the lower jaw, move that back and possibly make your sleep apnea worse"

For orthodontic camouflage on a mild underbite case without extractions, does the end result differs between traditional metal braces and MEAW braces?

I have an underbite. It looks weird to look my face from the side. I actually have a nice lower teeth. Should I remove any of my lower teeth to help with protruding lips?
My doctor removed 1 of my upper premolar because of crowding.

Good day, Doctor. I have been wearing a sort of "Invisalign" thingamajig on the teeth of my mandible (6 front teeth), and I am supposed to bite it till my upper incisors tilts forward. Is this also a solution? If three of my teeth (incisors) above tilts forward, it may look like it will fix my bite, it's not too far off. I am not sure how much pressure I should apply to my bite since a portion of my skull hurts. Examples of the parts that hurt are the bone near my eyes/ somewhere inside the nose( more like in the upper palate of my maxilla), the sides of my forehead and behind my head.

My daughter had a palate expander and then used a reverse pull facemask . She just stopped the face mask in May and got braces. Her palete expander was removed yesterday and they switched the bands on her braces yesterday. She only has braces on the the top teeth.

Her ortho said she needs to stop pressing her tongue against her teeth and also stop trying to underbite, to keep her teeth straight touching or we will have to start the process all over again.

Any tips on how to get her use to mewing and proper teeth placement?

I’ve had my braces for 8 months. My ortho was randomly replaced. The new ortho strongly suggested removing a bottom front tooth (#24) bc my teeth are slightly protruding. I’m not really comfortable with this because it’s a front tooth and not a pre molar or my last wisdom tooth (which is also on the bottom). She even took the liberty to remove my bottom wire and the bracket from the tooth. Any advice would help
