This is my second day with rubber bands and it is the same as in this vidoe it is very painful. How long does it take to stop hurting ?

This is exactly what I have! A cross bite and under bite today is my first day wearing them and I hope it turns out exactly like in the video! I will wear them 24/7 but is it possible to get my braces of in a year and 2 months?

I got the bands on November 8, and I don’t even take them off to eat, I want it to be fixed as soon as possible, I have C3 slight, due to crowded teeth that corrected and it created a little bit of underbite, hope it fixes soon

How long did the process (in the video) take? I had a slight uder bite and I wore my bands 24/7 and it did indeed work. I just need one more month and I'm done wearing bands.:D (2months in total) Please people wear your bands as directed by your ortho if you want best results.

I started wearing the bands today and I have an underbite but the assistant put the bands on in the overbite position. Did she do it wrong or is there some other purpose? I've been trying to do my research before asking the dentist.

I have a crossbite as well. But it's not that bad. I have one missing lateral tooth on the top as well. She said it would take 2 years. But if I keep up with wearing my elastics and everything, is there a possibility for my braces to be off in like a year and six months?

I'm 41 and four years ago a baby tooth fell out that nobody ever knew was there.. the dentist found the adult tooth that was supposed to come through with an Xray..

I've been having it pulled out for the past 3 years with a system of braces, bars, elastic bands, metal supports.. all kinds of stuff. But, its finally in the hole that was made for it (its 2 along from my front teeth).. but now I'm having my bite corrected with these rubber bands. I really can't cope with it another year.. its been forever already and its now even more miserable because I keep swallowing the rubber bands when I eat!The dentist gave me a bag of 100 or so to put in daily... and they're a pain in the butt to replace because they're so tiny and fiddly.
