personally last exercise overkill hai kyunki mostly front head ohp me acha khasa develop ho jata hai cable lateral raise kar sakte hai side delts ko extra volume dene ke liye.

Your 80% of shoulders workout should target side delts not rear or front because chest and back covers those but side delts are more important

For beginners I guess reverse machine pec dec or face pulls are simpler to perform for rear delts.
