I confirm this method works to relieve knee pain. I'm a long-term half-marathon runner who recently experienced sudden knee pain. I thought it was seriously injured, but I didn't know how it became injured. All I did was run. I tried to let my knee heal for weeks but it did not improve. As a last resort, I decided to try raising my legs up. No one actually told me about this method. It just suddenly came to me and I just decided to try it and see what would happen. In just 20 minutes, the knee pain subsided. I was able to do my runs again just fine as if I never had an injury. Had I gone to a doctor, they would have destroyed my knees. I recommend this to anyone who is experiencing knee pain and is considering visiting a doctor. Try this first.

I am around 70 years old. I do head standing about 30 minutes everyday. Nobody told me this. I started this practice 40 years back and I would continue till I have strength to do so. All the benefits enumerated in this videos are true and time tested according to my own experience. However I do this exercise round about 6 a.m. I feel energetic and happy once again all the day long and sleep at night like a baby for about 8 hours. Further one thing very important to be kept in mind is always take balanced diet.

This is very true because I’m doing this exercise for the past few months even before watching this video and I’m relieved of my knee pain as well as my acidity problems.. it s really good and worthwhile doing this regularly at least for 5 minutes at a time. Thank you posting this video! 🙏

I have varicose veins. Do it 20 minutes in morning 20 minutes before bed . It helps big time. Breathing i and out through the nose the whole time.

Dr. Mandell also spoke on doing this. And I had accidentally did this before, I was raising my legs up to get my shower to massage my feet. And noticed how relaxed I felt after. I thought I was just getting a feet massage. It feels good. I now want to do this to see if it helps relieve my bloating.

Good video, but it takes for granted that this is a "simple" exercise and that it's "easy to do". Not so for everyone. I'm an older guy and there's no way I can do this at a 90 degree angle, as shown. Maybe eventually I'll get there, but as mentioned, it stretches the hamstrings. That's where the pain comes in, if your hamstrings have tightened up over the years/decades without being stretched out. Whether I'll ever get to a painless 90 degrees remains to be seen, but it will take time. BTW, I also use an inversion table, which also reverses gravity, but without the hamstring issue.
