Learning how to use a sanitary pad is super simple. Here’s how:

1. Unwrap the pad.
2. Remove the plastic backing.
3. Finally, place it in your underwear.

Make sure it’s the right way around, with the front of the pad facing forward for more coverage on the back. If there are any wings, remove the plastic backing and stick them securely around your underwear.

It is recommended to change your pad every 4-6 hours sometimes more often on your heaviest days.
