Years ago I had ulcers all up and down my esophagus. I ate baby food for 6 months and stay away from all other foods. I healed completely for many years. Now I am dealing with leaky gut and I know it can heal. It definitely is going to take time. Great webinar. Thanks.

I do not have gluten sensitivity nor celiac disease. However, twice a week…..like clockwork…..in the middle of the night, I wake to diarrhea flooding from me. Over a period of an hour I go numerous times. All that will stop me is to take two Imodium. And then I am good until the next go round. Ohhhh, but I used to go 24/7/365, so I feel blessed at only going TWICE a week, now. I have had many many tests run and nothing has shown up. Since I ALSO use an alternative doctor, I DID find out what makes me only go twice weekly instead of 24/7/365. And that is that my thyroid is “ involved with whatever is making me go “. Once we added Thyroid to the mix, it helped GREATLY. I DO need further advice as to how to correct it permanently, if you will. Thank you VERY much !

When you say 'get tested', most people's health/medical insurance does not cover these tests.   Testing through private labs is very expensive and most people cannot afford to take every test offered.  How do you deal with this end of webinars are not addressing the high cost involved.  I believe our Medical Insurance Plans need to start covering these preventative measures and people need to start demanding it.

People are confused en focused so much on diet but many people now a days SIT way too much. Move your body. Walk a lot ! Walk long miles, dance, yoga, do something and make it a habit

Oh also, I think it is important to mention to people when telling people to take probiotics....inform them that if they are sensitive to dairy, get a NON Dairy Probiotic.  People new to natural healing don't know these probiotics can contain dairy.  My throat closed up when I first took one and had to go to the hospital up due to reaction to dairy in the probiotic which I wasn't aware of....given Benadryl to counter the reaction.  I've learned a lot more since those days and these webinars and all your's and others videos are most appreciated in helping with our learning, so thank you.

I think we can eat anything if our system is able to digest all. Ancient variety of grains and ways of cooking makes lot of difference. My grandparents are healthy and they have strong teeth and hair even at the age of 80s. But my mom in her 50s is having digestive issues and me in 30s having may digestive issues. Over the years so many things changed to contribute to overall degradation of digestive system.
Grains should always be soaked for certain amount of hours before cooking. Ancient method of cooking rice is soaking rice and removing starch after cooking in excess water. Because of the fast paced busy life style we don't have time to do all these.

Even when cooking the lentils they are cooked slowly and foam is removed while cooking which contains antinutrients like phytic acid.

With fruits as we buy them from supermarkets most of the fruits are acidic until they naturally ripe in the tree or plant. So even fruits are not alkaline. Same with variety of vegetables as well most of them are hybrid and modified.
Even oils are adulterated and dairy and meat is contaminated by antibiotics and GMO foods.

So all these are influencing our health and no food seems pure and healthy.

Thx! How can I find a functional med dr in central FL. Disgusted w/dr who just want 2 write a prescription & send u on your way - no listening, no alternatives to pills. I refuse to support pharmaceuticals. It's about 1.5 months of diet change & brain fog gone, not lethargic, not constipated, no headaches / migraines. But I know I'm just scraping the surface. My body has been "talking" to me for years. Thx again for sharing.

I'm really going sick about all this contradictory information, last months I've been reading much info about paleo diet as being good for healing leaky gut, now I dont even eat grains, instead of eating pasta, rice and bread I'm just eating potatoes and sweet potatoes. Now you're telling me potatoes cause leaky gut, I mean.... we get to a point of stress everytime we're going to eat because it seams we cant eat anything

I get anemic when I eat too many carrots. Carrots contain Lutein. Lutein can cause anemia.
Too much Iodine can also cause anemia.

I have done all these tests and every thing came negative but I know it is all positive I am eating food only with healthy digestive enzymes capsules and probiotics only.
