Nice points Bhavesh... being a system tester personel I suggest everyone to download the roll-back software. Before every device gets a formal update the company releases a beta update for general people who are enthusiastic enough to test the new software and the company also releases a rollback software to let beta testers go back to the stable update, there is a loss of data as the system needs to be reset while going back to the stable version. I suggest everyone to download the rollback software from their phone respective community site, example 1+ community, realme community, or any companies specific community where beta software release is announced announced. This helps users go back to the previous properly working Android update example Android 12 to Android 11. Also it must be kept in mind that data will be lost in this process, and data backup is a wise choice. For those users having problems with logic board, this is not a solution. For users who are facing software bugs, camera failure or any other hardware related failure where the OS is usable, this is the solution.

The problem isn't only with their UI, but with their hardware as well.
I had Poco X3 Pro and as soon as I bought it, I installed custom rom to ignore these kind of problems. Guess what, I faced the worse, the hardware issue.
So, it begins with Poco X2, then continues with the Poco series such as Poco X3/X3 pro as well as Redmi note (especially note 10).
However, I sold my X3 pro after repairing it from an unofficial shop and sold it. Then bought K20 pro. Trust me, their old phones are still beast.

well, i have been a Mi user since early 2016, starting with redmi note3, then note 5 pro, then poco f1, and finally the k20 pro, which have been using for over 2 years now thanks to custom roms..
and it is definitely safe to say that avoiding Mi phones of current generation would be a wise step, moto is making great phones in good budget, even samsung..

ABSOLUTELY RIGHT, I recently bought POCO M4 PRO 4G, after using 4 days i went out of station with it and there was no such big temperature change (just a slight more heat, that's normal) and it just started showing very high temperature when using it on full brightness and i don't know what happened inside it but camera stopped working and some short circuit happened (probably)(i thought that) and it cracked a small portion of the screen from inside and my screen stopped working, when i visited that *gimmick* mi service center, as usual they said that you cracked it from inside ( how can a person go inside a phone and crack only it's inner portion of screen without even having a single scratch from outside on a gorrila glass display or without damaging outer screen). He said that due to some pressure some part of screen got damaged, i told him full story that it got overheated at very slight change of temperature but as always it is their hobby to not to listen to their customers and paste their same copied line that it is caused because of you and even if it's in warranty you have to PAY. Literally my phone was only 4 days old and they were saying that you have to replace the screen and cost of replacing it is 6000rs 😢😱😰. And even I issued job sheet and waited for 5 days and got same response again on call. They said that you have to pay and when i went there to collect my phone there was bigger mark from where the screen was internally broken, i thought that they pressed my phone even more before sending pictures to their higher team after i issued job sheet. Mi, xiaomi, poco bla bla all are fraud, never buy any phone from these brands otherwise you will regret if some fault occurs in your device.

My brother had Poco X3 pro...bought it for the premium chip set...but when it was 1 year and 1 month old...it had issues and was taken to a service centre...where after 2 weeks...they replaced it with a poco X4 pro...sure he can play games on it...but the gap is huge from SD 860 to SD 695...Xiaomi is playing some kind of cheap tricks on it's users

I don't know what is going on with xiaomi right now, but i have been a user of their devices for past 5-6 years and never had any issues. Their devices have been rock stable for me. After 3 years i just continue to use custom roms. I would be really interested if someone were to create a poll to see the actual percentage % of users affected. Some stats would be sure great. But still at least for me their products are great. Sure maybe modern phones have some issues but i think it's under the 10% range. (this does not mean that company should be irresponsible regarding the issues even if it is just for 1% users). If the issue was really widespread, People would stop buying MI smartphones overall thereby pushing company totally out of the market. i doubt they will want it.

Why is he so underrated this is the best video i have ever seen bcoz other tech YouTubers are making videos on how to fix it rather than the root cause and the fact that mi redmi xiaomi poco are just dead😢😢

I'm a motorola user, i can close my eyes and say motorola is very good compared to these brands, even though motorola give 2-3 months onces software update, but they do testing well....

I'll say my experience of having a Poco M2. Back then I wanted to get a Pixel 4a but it was kinda out of my budget as I wanted to pay complete amount upfront and not fall in the trap of EMI. So I decided to buy a phone around 10 k as I wanted to use the device for just 2 years.
Within 3 months my 4G stopped working. Even 3G wasn't working. Once I got the issue resolved I straightaway went and sold it as I lost my trust.

I own a POCO F3 GT and I have ghost touch issue once in a while. The software as a whole is very very bad. I was planning on taking note 10 pro for my wife but thanks to this video, I am considering other options.

I can totally understand..
I had the most popular "k20 pro"
But it had a major problem with humidity i guess as they say even without a water incident it used to get waterdamaged.. so i had to change the motherboard and combo everytime.

I remember getting Xiaomi 3 back in 2014... One of the best phones ever after I experienced iPhone 6s plus... Then I bought mix 2, redmi note 1, 3, 4 ... But after that with miui updates, their apps and hardware THEY RUINED THE WHOLE FACE OF COMPANY NO DOUBT. Not going to trash company like this again and ofc OnePlus too

My Poco X2 lasted for exactly 2 years. Its ashame because it was really a great device even with new updates. I am now using redmi note 11 pro, if this phone starts giving any trouble. Then this would be my last Mi phone.

Please talk about the same issue with Samsung phones, which were having Exynos 9611 like M21, m31 etc
Those phones were also dead after update, same happened to me😔
