I used to do 3 blogilates workouts at the time. But this was 5 years ago. Now I trying to rebuild my fitness. This is a perfect quick workout for someone who is just getting back to exercising.

This was alot of fun!!! I, personally, can't be doing this as a warm up yet, as I'm still building towards bettering my stamina and cardio abilities, but I DID add this to the end of my full body/cardio playlist for today, and I sure did enjoy it as a quick blast burn out type thing before my cool down stretches! 😊 Maybe I'll be able to graduate to using this as a nice warm up in the future as I progress, but for now, this is going on my favorites list for light cardio workouts 😅

Hi cassey, I really hope you see this comment, I just wanna say that I've been doing your workouts since 5 or 6 years now and you really helped me so much, and I just knew that you got so much hate on your 90 day journey and people saying you are not body positive and misjudging you, and I'm really sorry I didn't know before and supported you on that, but I just wanna say that you helped me so much w/ loving my body and being healthier and I thank you so much for that !
