I've heard so much about red light therapy and wanted to try it out for myself, so I tried it out consistently for the past month. I have super acne prone, oily skin, and was very surprised by the result...

Sarah, I love your positivity throughout all this, and in general. You found the silver lining and focused on that as opposed all else. Your honest review will help many who will view this video seeking to know more about red light skin therapy. There is a solution for the condition (maybe even more than one) and you will find it. Thank you so much . All the very best, Sarah .

Your positivity is infectious. I also have rosacea on my nose which has been bothering me for years. I recently tried castor oil before bedtime and it seems to heal my nose. I'm also aware that skin conditions are often caused by dysbiosis so Ive been using a red light panel on my stomach for 10 minutes a day.

Cheers and we may all find healing. Sending love from the Philippines.

You're awesome!! I use Red Light Therapy for pain in my body. It actually disappeared. Sorry about the issue with your acne. You're a brave woman ❣

So…you used red light as opposed to red laser? I used red laser on my horse for an open wound caused by flies. The wound started out the size of a fingernail and deepened into the size of a golf ball within days. The standard treatment of creams and topical antibiotics was to take like 3 months but with red laser therapy took 3 weeks healing from deep inside and then outwardly and the sides were healing too but still the depth had to heal.
Someone here said blue light perhaps there is a
device where both modes are possible. But I heard you say red light works on ATP, sounds like same as my handheld. By the way, my handheld laser works on aches and pains, just have to be supremely careful not to burn retinas…it’s super useful to have! Vets carry them.

Wishing you luck on this seeming intractable problem - you’re simply lovely!

I hope you will get what you want out of your skin! If you don’t mind me asking, do you have any products you love using for your hair? It looks really soft and I’m trying to help mine!

There's one more thing you could try for acne. That is pharmacy quality vitamin A.
Mainly "tretinoin" that you can get with a prescription or "Adapalene" which doesn't require a prescription. They are both very inexpensive.

I am sorry you have such a difficult time with acne. I use red light daily and I love it but I do not have acne. Have you tried different cleansers to see if that affects your skin. You are such a cute, nice girl, I hope you find a natural treatment that works.

I guess, the problem is dipper than just a skin therapy. Maybe cleansing your liver or clean your body from parasites. Just a suggestion. Good luck.

i love this .. hahahahah after 30 days your skin got worse ... honesty is best policy .. also your mom must think you are a weird scientist where you try all type of things .. told u before Human Design can help with all those things .. i happen to give readings ....but anyways it does make for great content :)

Sarah, this is another great video, and omg, I'm so keen on trying out some of these tips!! I was wondering if you could share your Instagram or a way to reach out to you. 🙈I have recently launched a wearable art business from which I'd love to gift you some stuff from 💚🌊

Disclaimer: I am not a dermatologist. But I have heard positive things about Tretinoin and Differin (for acne treatment) @JenniferMyers
