There are very few things that I have kept doing, let alone do almost daily.

I poo poo’d it in the beginning, but once I started to understand how it actually worked, I decided to start testing it.
And I immediately started seeing benefits, but then I learned EVEN more and realized that this could be one of the greatest health interventions I’ve ever stumbled across.
