Being a killer main and owning them all, along with being a survivor player, I can honestly say that the best way to choose the best perks in order to "win" is to just honestly have fun and learn what your play style is. Too many people take the game far too seriously to the point where they hinder any progress on becoming better. For one, I learned that I don't focus on gen progress much, so I ran jolt not for the fact that it hinders progress, but for the scare factor.

Lethal also helps killers (like Nemesis, Shape, & Oni) that need to Interact with Survivors, in some way, to Progress, Improve, or even use their Power

I think Hex: Plaything and Hex: Pentimento were worth mentioning since you picked the killers with their respective perks. Pentimento is a bit niche outside of being paired with plaything, but plaything can really help you learn totem spots while playing killer since you get up to 4 of 5 each game, which is helpful knowledge to transfer to survivor gameplay. I'd also mention Deathslinger as a killer worth getting for his perks, but mainly for synergies like Dead Man's Switch with SH:PR and Retribution with Plaything. Also worth mentioning that Tinkerer is pretty uncontestably the best teachable of all 15 base teachable perks, and the others are good with certain builds or characters at best.

other thing about HEX: Undying is if a survivor blesses a dull totem you will know where that boon is or you can even prevent them from blessing it since you will see the survivors' auro who get close to a dull totem

sloppy butcher is a really good perk if you want to find survivors easier cause it increases the blood amount of a survivor so if they try to get away from you while injured you can find them easily a good perk in my opinion.

I have to say that one of my favourite perks is The Hillbilly’s Lightborn perk. I know not many people use it, but I always use it because it renders flashlights and other forms of blinding completely useless. I combine Lightborn with Brute Strength and Enduring.

Hex plaything is a good slow down too as they have to play with oblivous or search around for a totem. It also helps that the oblivous person has to do it for the first ~90 secs

I like the legion perk where it shows the aura of generator if its being repaired by 2 or more survivors

God I love your videos. I have been playing IDV for a long time now but I kept seeing your videos on YouTube shorts and it actually sort of inspired me to get the game, I just got it yesterday and am not completely clueless because of my prior IDV experience but still not used to the game, so these videos are so useful!

As someone who has every single killers, gameplay wise my favorites are:
The Legion
The Spirit
The Cenobite
The Legion is my all time favorite but he/she is hard to use and its taken me awhile to get used to and figure out how to work The Legion but once you get the hang of it he/she are very easy to use and I’ve at least get 1/2 kills every game.

i think for the starter killers billy and nurse have pretty good perks espicially nurses calling and tinkerer thats what i personally unlocked first.

I completely agree with this video, plague was my first killer to level up from otz darva and her corrupt intervention IS GOD TIER, however for me infectious fright was never useful so i put in the perk that lets me see survivors for a few sec at the start of a game
