A good way to farm Iridescent shards is just be me and constantly get tunneled each game so you end the match fast and level up fast.

Time match for 10 minutes. Do objectives for blood points. Play bold after 10 minutes in hopes of dying. If hook stage one, attempt to get off hook, stage 2 deliberately fail skill checks. Rinse and repeat

One way i like to farm if necessary is to rock no mither and object and then just try to win, most likely you will get tunneled and you can probably get your exp
