40 Minute AMRAP Strength and Conditioning Workout | Breakthrough - Day 16

Welcome to your full body strength and cardio AMRAP workout! This workout is going to help you get stronger in your arms, legs, and abs as well as getting you toned up with cardio! This workout is perfect for all fitness levels and you only need a couple sets of dumbbells, let's crush it!

In today’s workout we will work for 4 minutes and rest for 60 seconds per exercise and we will complete 10 reps of every exercise. The training variables we are aiming for this month are strength and improving your conditioning so make sure you’re grabbing weights in the 75%-85% of your max weights range and push yourself to increase the intensity when you are performing a cardio exercise. This pure strength workout will help you tone your body from head to toe!

I aim to drink my first 32oz of water during my workout BEFORE I allow myself my coffee, it is a great reward system that gets me to get the water in💙
