Today is a cardio and abs workout in AMRAP style so be ready to turn up the intensity! Today I will give you 4 minutes on the clock and two exercises; one cardio and one ab exercise. We will complete 8 reps for each exercise as many rounds as you can in the 4 minutes. We will then have 1 minute rest and we will continue this style for the whole workout until the last circuit where we will complete 3 exercises, 8 reps each for 5 minutes! I used my 5 and 8 pound dumbbells and my cordless rope today so grab yours if you have it! Turn up the intensity and GO CRUSH IT!

1. Seated tucks
2. switch jumps in plank
3. Lateral slides
4. Standing curtsy oblique crunches
5. High knees
6. Standing knee to elbow crunch in front
7. Jump Rope
8. Over and under tucks
9. Burpees
10. Jackknifes
11. Traveling jumping jacks
12. Plank hip taps
13. Mountain climbers
14. Oblique crunches mermaid style
15. Shoulder Taps

Guys, that first circuit .... YOWZA. I thought “ok she’s getting the toughest stuff done first thing.” Yeah, NOPE. This one was a But she was exactly-exactly-exactly right: our bodies CAN do this and we ARE proud of ourselves for finishing. Good morning, Sydney Squad! I crushed this workout! I slept well last night and I gave everything I had during the workout. I’m going to work on my Senior Tax Specialtist Exam that I started during the tax season. It’s my fourth time taking the exam but I’m going to pass it this time. I’m also going to spend some quality time with my girlfriend the next several days. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow!

When she first said, "That is how you finish a workout!" I laughed and sighed to myself, so happy to have a trainer I know believes in me even if I haven't met her. I feel so lucky to have a trainer like her. But THEN when she said, "I don't envision the camera and the tripod, I envision you!" I just whispered "Thank you, Sydney, " on the verge of tears. It's people like Sydney that we need more in the world. Sydney is the type of person to bring light to the world just because she can and because she loves it. So again, thank you, Sydney ❤️😭

Crushed it for all the seniors out there.69 does not mean you are not able if your health is good.It was hard but great work out. So' good on you' for all who tried their best whatever that was like.

I have never been so excited to do a cardio workout as I was today. AMRAP is my JAM! Loved this one SO very much. I push myself SO much when it is AMRAP. Going to see how I can take this mindset and put it to other forms of workouts :) Thanks again, much love, stay safe and healthy everyone <3

I showed up to the cardio party-io ready to work hard! This workout was incredible from Minute 1 to Minute 40. And I am left feeling like I can take on anything. Our bodies are meant to move so keep that heart rate up and don't slow down! You will feel amazing afterwards. You will feel like a complete BA! Because you are ❤ Happy Tuesday Squad fam!

This was super tough and when Sydney asked how we were doing...I was answering "doing fine Sydney just dying"😁 This was definitely a killer workout and it sure challenged us a lot at every stage. As Sydney says we believe in ourselves and never doubt ourselves. Band stretch felt good after this workout. Tuesday workout accomplished.
