This Fruit - Yoghurt smoothie is the perfect blend of flavour, taste, and deliciousness. It is healthy and can be adapted to suit your needs.
All you need is:
• Frozen Pineapple
cubes
• Frozen mango
cubes
• Frozen banana
cubes
* Plain greek Yoghurt (for an even healthier smoothie, use a low fat greek Yoghurt)
* Fresh pineapple juice (with no added sugars and best to refrigerate before use)
* Coconut water ( this is optional. It's best to refrigerate before using)
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a smoothie blender. No worries if you do not have a smoothie blender. You can always use your regular blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth. You can adjust the consistency of your smoothie by either adding more coconut water or pineapple juice or both (.
Tip: You can always add your favourite protein powder, seeds, and nuts for an extra boost of protein (recommended for the gym buddies b).
