2-ingredient Healthy Mango Frozen Yogurt💛 This is such a yummy dessert idea! It’s so refreshing and yummy🤩

This makes 2-3 servings:
2 cups frozen mango cubes* (480 ml / about 300 g)
1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml / 250g)

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Serve immediately and enjoy!


*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use less than 1/5 cup / 40 g mango per serving and add frozen pineapple instead☀️
