How do you strengthen your legs when you can't stand or really move your leg? We get this question all the time - so let's answer it!
In this week's video, we'll be guiding you through a steadypace® assisted leg extension - a great exercise to help you strengthen your quads. The best thing about this exercise is that you do not need to be able to control your legs in order to perform it.
Grab a chair, a towel, or band, turn your fans up, get some cold water and let's strengthen those legs!
