It’s pretty nice to see a sushi place that isn’t greedy with the amount of fish they put on top of the rice. That looks like a generous serving of fish compared to most of the sushi I’ve seen.

8:30 Filipino’s, especially older ones, tend to hate raw fish since they are so used to fully cooked fish and that applies with meat as well. No matter what I do, I can’t seem to get my parents to like sushi :(

My friend isnt comftrable eating Unagi anymore after finding out about it's endagered species status but did love it and we wanted to find her ways of eating Conger eel next time we went to Japan so she could still have some kind of eel while there. So its great to see that this place offers it.
