So, what is the diffrence between Grafana and other tools like PowerBI?

i pulled data using promethues from my linux vm server and allowed it to access from anywhere by opening ports but when i try to login from my windows it gives me this while logging in, "If you're seeing this Grafana has failed to load its application files"

Basically instead of having to use crap like 'tkinter', you can plug your real time data into this
